We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have won not one, but two prestigious awards at the 2025 Stevie® International Business Awards!

This incredible achievement saw our founder, Lucy Gordon, win a Gold for Entrepreneur of the Year, and we were also awarded a Bronze for Company of the Year in Financial Services.

The judges were overwhelmingly impressed by her innovative approach and purpose-led leadership. One judge praised Lucy’s “rare combination of technical skill, sector-specific insight, and purpose-led leadership,” while another hailed her as an “inspiring entrepreneur who’s clearly making a difference.”

At the heart of this success is our pioneering SMART© Modelling Method, a system developed by Lucy to simplify complex deals and empower clients to make sound, data-driven decisions.

Beyond providing bespoke models, Lucy is passionate about elevating standards across the entire real estate sector. Providing hands-on training courses designed to sharpen financial modelling skills, boost client confidence, and empower them to make informed decisions that maximise profit.

Lucy’s commitment to profit through purpose by donating 2.5% of training revenue to people in need in the UK also resonated strongly, with one judge highlighting her alignment with leadership that is “technically savvy, commercially successful, and values-led.”
