Who is the EiP Real Estate Summit for?

The summit is perfect for everyone who is currently in - or looking to get into - a role in the real estate industry. Including University students who are looking to explore career opportunities in real estate, early-career professionals who are looking to build key industry skills, and seasoned professionals aiming to expand their expertise and network. Our wide range of topics and guest speakers mean that there really is something for everyone no matter where they are on their career journey.

What topics will be covered during the Summit?

We’ve gathered industry experts to cover a range of key topics all designed to better develop your technical knowledge as well as arming you with personal development skills. The morning will be largely focused on industry specific information; including AI, fundraising, market trends and . You’ll walk away with actionable insights to help you grow your expertise within the real estate industry.

Does the Summit just consist of presentations?

No! As well as our expert-led presentations there are lots of opportunities for interaction via live chat, Q&A sessions, and a virtual networking session over lunchtime (voluntary). During this session, participants will be put into smaller breakout groups for 10–15-minute discussions, providing a structured way to connect and exchange insights.

Can I ask questions during the sessions

Yes — all sessions include time for live Q&A, and you’ll be able to ask questions via the chat throughout.

How will the Summit be delivered?

The summit is a fully online event, so you can join from anywhere! Once you purchase your ticket, you’ll receive all the details on how to access the sessions.

Do I need to attend the full day?

No — you can attend as many sessions as you like. Morning sessions focus on industry topics, while the optional afternoon sessions cover career growth and personal development.

Will there be a replay if I can't attend all of it live?

Yes! All sessions will be recorded, and ticket holders will get access to replays for 7 days after the event. That way, you won’t miss a thing—even if you can’t attend every session live. If you would like longer access to the recording, that can be purchased separately at checkout or after the event.
