Whether you’re stuck on a model, preparing for a job interview, or need a second pair of eyes on a live deal, 1:1 mentoring gives you direct access to experienced real estate financial modellers.

These sessions aren’t generic tutoring or theoretical teaching. They’re working sessions - designed to help you solve real problems, build confidence, and move forward quickly.

Our mentors have worked with leading investment firms, developers, and consultancies, and bring real-world standards, judgement, and expectations into every session.

What 1:1 mentoring is best for

1:1 mentoring is ideal if you want targeted help, fast, without committing to a longer course or programme.

Clients commonly use sessions to:

  • Ask specific technical questions about Excel formulas, model structure, or modelling logic

  • Work through a live deal, appraisal, or case study they’re currently analysing

  • Get feedback on a financial model, pitch deck, or investment memo

  • Sense-check assumptions, outputs, and investor metrics

  • Prepare for modelling tests, interviews, or promotion rounds

  • Talk through career direction, job applications, or next steps in real estate

How the sessions work

Each mentoring session is 50 minutes and fully focused on your objectives.

Before the session, you can share:

  • A brief description of what you want help with

  • Any specific questions or areas you’re unsure about

During the session, your mentor will:

  • Work through modelling issues with you live

  • Explain why something works (or doesn’t), not just what to change

  • Help you prioritise fixes or improvements

  • Share practical tips and best practice from real-world experience

You’ll leave with clear next steps, not vague advice.

Pricing

Mentoring sessions are priced to be accessible while respecting the time and experience of our mentors:

  • £97 for a single 50-minute session

  • £259 for three 50-minute sessions (11% saving)

You’ll book directly into the mentor’s calendar at a time that suits you.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Out of respect for our mentors, cancellations or rescheduling are permitted up to 48 hours before your session. After this point, your booking is non-refundable. Mentors may, at their discretion, allow changes within the 48-hour window, but this must be agreed directly with them.

You may reschedule a session a maximum of three times. After that, the booking will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.

REFUNDS

All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session or for sessions that have already taken place.

MISSED SESSIONS

If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be treated as used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
