I'm Lucy - the founder of Excel in Property and a specialist in real estate financial modelling and commercial property Excel analysis.

I’ve modelled over £3.0 billion in assets across investment, development, and debt structuring, and I now train analysts, investors and valuers across the UK – including delivering discounted cash flow valuation training for RICS.

But I didn’t start out as a natural modeller. I remember sitting in maths class feeling totally lost, like everyone else just got it. But once I figured out how it all worked, everything changed. That’s the mindset I bring to financial modelling: if you understand the logic, you can take control – of the model, the deal, and your decisions.
