MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Hi – I’m Lucy, founder of Excel in Property and the creator of the EiP Academy.
I’ve modelled over £2.6 billion in assets across investment, development, and debt structuring, and I now train analysts, investors and valuers across the UK – including delivering discounted cash flow training for RICS.
But I didn’t start out as a natural modeller. I remember sitting in maths class feeling totally lost, like everyone else just got it. But once I figured out how it all worked, everything changed. That’s the mindset I bring to financial modelling: if you understand the logic, you can take control – of the model, the deal, and your decisions.
I’m passionate about helping people learn practical, real-world modelling – not academic theory or overcomplicated templates. If you want to raise your skills and your impact, you’re in the right place.
