Meet the Executive Team.

Lucy Gordon

Founder and CEO

Lucy's passion for property started in childhood - she always loved buildings, often visiting a gallery or museum and spending more time looking at the architraves than the art.

She started her career at Clearbell Capital (nee Mountgrange Investment) in 2012, initially as an analyst and then was responsible for deal execution and debt financing. In 2015 she qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.

In 2019 Lucy started Excel in Property (nee Farley Cove). Since then EiP has provided financial modelling services and training to companies big and small.

Lucy is the author of the RICS iSurv's practical guidance for discounted cash flows.

Jenny Lovell

Head of Marketing and Operations

Jenny joined EiP in 2023 as a VA. She now looks after our students and our associates, making sure they are all happy and have all the access and information they need.
