GENERAL QUESTIONS

Do you have a course that can help with a financial modelling test / interview?

The best course would be our monthly workshop - in this two hour session we go through essential financial modelling skills and best practices, interpreting and communicating key model outputs, followed by a Q&A. Perfect to set you up for an interview and allow you to ask questions.

If you want more in-depth training then join one of our accelerator courses.

What's included in the price of the training?

Each of our courses includes an online workbook and access to our membership portal where you can ask questions.

Depending on which course you choose, then you'll also get access to online recordings.

What equipment or software do I need to do your courses?

You will need to provide / bring your own computer for our courses, and you will need to have access to Excel. We recommend using the latest version of Excel, albeit we make sure the formulas we use are compatible with most versions of Excel.

Can my company book a bespoke course?

Absolutely! We can put together an entirely bespoke course, or collate something from our existing courses. Get in touch and let's see what we can do.

Where are your in-person courses held?

Our in-person public courses will be hosted at a central London venue - please bear with us while we figure out the best spot!

Alternatively we can host an in-person course in your office. Get in touch with the team to book in a convenient date for you.

Do you offer any free training?

We often host ad hoc free training - make sure you sign up to our mailing list to find out about them.

Are your courses CPD accredited?

Not right now. Our Analyst Accelerator was CPD accredited but we realised it didn't mean much! What matters is the quality of knowledge that we share and what our students think.

Plus (and this is our little secret 🤫) the RICS doesn't ask if your CPD is "CPD accredited". You can stick all of our training under the "Formal CPD" list, pas de problem.

How much real estate experience do I need to take your courses?

For our Accelerator courses - absolutely none! We teach you all the fundamentals, and some.

Some knowledge of real estate is recommended for our workshops / lunch & learns.

What level of Excel knowledge do I need to join your courses?

For our Accelerator courses - absolutely none! We teach you all the fundamentals, and some.

We don't teach you Excel in our workshops / lunch & learns, but we do teach you how to troubleshoot and interpret Excel models.

How long do I have access to the course materials after completing the training?

Our Online Accelerator courses give you lifetime access. That means as long as we are still going - you'll still get access.

Do you provide support after the course is completed?

You can join our membership portal for Q&A support.

Can I get feedback on my financial modelling skills during the course?

At the end of the Online Accelerator you can submit a modelling test which will be marked with video feedback.

At the in-person sessions you can ask for feedback and if we have time, we'll give it to you.

How do I book a place on a course?

Do you offer discounts?

We are in the process of securing partnerships with universities - check back soon to see whether yours is on the list.

Sometimes we have promotions on some of our courses, join our mailing list or follow us on LinkedIn to find out about them.

We also offer discounts for multi-bookings, please get in touch with the team for more information.

Are there payment plans available?

When you reach the checkout page you will find an option to pay via Klarna which will enable you to pay over multiple months with no fee.

Can I get a refund?

Per our Terms & Conditions, as access to online courses is given immediately, refunds are made at our discretion.

If you have a complaint about the materials, then please get in touch.

Can I change my course date?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you can no longer make the course date and we will do our best to accommodate you on another date. No refund will be given if you cancel within 7 days of the course starting.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major card providers or payment via BACS.

How do I request an invoice for my booking?

If you do not receive an automated one, please email [email protected].
